Our Beer

MBC has several standard beers and tries to have at least three standard beers on tap at any time. In addition, we release a new beer every Friday when a beer is ready and an open tap is available. Friday release beers often push your taste to new heights and may become a standard by popular demand.

Yes, we have Flights! Flights come with your choice of 4- 5 ounce tasters. Additional 5 ounce tasters can be added to each flight.

Service Station - Stout (On Nitro!) - 4.5% - A rich Stout with hints of coffee and chocolate.
Star Filled Night - IPA - 6.8% - A rich, slightly smoky IPA
Fox River Scotch Ale - Scotch Ale -6% - A slightly sweet rich brew with at Carmely/Malty flavor profile.
Golden Boy - IPA - 5.9% - An easy drinking IPA with smooth citrus flavors followed by a slight bitter hoppiness
Hard Seltzer - 5% - Flavored to order! Ask your server for details!
Who’s Tom Brady - NEIPA - 5.6% -Juicy with little bitterness; dry hopped with Azacca, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops.

We also have an assortment of wines, Hard Ciders, and Carbliss canned cocktails.

For non-alcoholic options, we offer water, an assortment of canned sodas, and our non-alcoholic root beer.

Signature MBC Beers:

Fox River Scotch Ale: ABV 6.3% IBU 17

This ale goes through a long kettle boil to caramelize the wort, which produces a golden color. In addition, this ale retains a high level of unfermented sugars, increasing a rich aroma and malt flavoring. The selected hops have plenty of flavor with light florals allowing the signature malt profile to be highlighted. The Fox River Scotch Ale has a subtle smoky taste cutting the sweetness and has a nutty finish.

Pearl Street Pils: ABV 5.5% IBU 13

American style Pilsner with a light, crisp, taste with slight banana flavored finish

MBC Root Beer:

Non-alcoholic root beer, made here! We sweeten our Root Beer with honey for a little extra richness!

Seasonal MBC Beers

Gottlieb’s ProsT ABV 7.2% IBU 23 (September until gone)

Traditional Munich Marzen-style Oktober dark and rich malty flavored great for the fall changing seasons.

Doppel Bock ABV 6.7% IBU 25 (March/April)

Malty, caramel flavor with an earthy hop character.

Who’s Tom brady? ABV: 6.3% IBU 37 (on tap during NFL Season)

New England hazy IPA; juicy with little bitterness; dry hopped with Azacca, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops.

Black Fox Stout ABV: 6.3% IBU 25 (Winter)

Dry American Stout with a rich finish.

Beers to Go!

We fill Growlers(64oz), Grumblers (32oz), and Crowlers (32oz) for most MBC beers. We do not currently have Growlers/Grumblers for retail sale, but are happy to fill whatever you bring in!
